Navet Turnip


  • 1 bunch turnip
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Step 1

Peel and cut the turnips into 1/4 inch slices. Cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.

Step 2

Heat butter in skillet on medium-high heat and add turnip slices. Add maple syrup and cook stirring occasionally until the turnips brown slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm
