A rich, slow cooked white bean casserole with farm-made duck breast and pork belly sausage, smoked hock and pork shoulder
Ingredients:
- Harmony Farm duck breast, pork hock, pork shoulder, juniper berries
- Great northern white beans, carrots, onions, tomatoes
- bread crumbs, olive oil, herbs and spices
Chef's directions to prepare from frozen:
- bake at 450 with lid on for ~30 min then with lid off for ~30 min
- until golden, bubbly and heated through (160 deg in the middle)
