Vegetarian Lasagne
- Harmony Farm eggs, chard, kale
- Kricklewood Farm sunflower oil
- Fair Sun Farm garlic
- organic butter
- farm made ricotta (organic milk)
- onion, flour, cheese, salt, spices
Chef’s suggestions to bake from frozen:
- Bake at 450 degrees with lid on ~30 minutes then off ~30 min
- Until heated through or 160 deg in middle
- Optional: drizzle 2-4 tbsp cream or water in last 15 min for extra moisture
