About Harvie and our Online Farm Store
Our store offers a few different options for shopping.
1. If you sign up for a FARM SHARE you will receive a notice on Friday mornings that your basket is ready to customize. A basket will have been made for you based on your preferences (selected at sign up). You can swap, remove and add items until Monday morning at 8AM at which point the orders will be finalized to give us time for harvesting and packing your order for pick up or delivery the following Thursday/Friday/Saturday. Members can choose weekly or bi-weekly options and will have first pick on seasonal offerings and our most popular items (which often sell out before the Farm Stand opens).
2. If you sign up for a BUTCHER BOX SHARE you will receive notice Friday before the first week of each month to alert you to customize your butcher box for delivery the following week. The customization window will remain open until Monday at 8AM.
3. If you are a FARM STAND MEMBER you can also take part in pre-ordering from Saturday morning until Monday at 8AM for pick up or delivery the following weekend. Some of our items are ONLY available for pre-order such as the freshly baked bread, organic dairy products and grass fed beef. The majority of our products are available throughout the week and can be purchased at our daily farm stand which runs Monday-Thursday for weekday (including same day if you place an order before 2PM) pick up from 4-6 pm.
The online farm stand is CLOSED every Friday and re-opens on Saturdays for pre-orders for the following week.
Our online store is run with "Harvie Farms" software
This allows our members to:
- choose their preferences when they sign up so that each week their grocery orders will be pre-selected to fit their likes and dislikes.
- customize their orders each week to make sure they have exactly what they would like out of our weekly seasonal options
- skip or cancel any time
